- Project Management Services (PSM)
The key role of Project Service Management is to function independently as the Client’s Representative pertinent to proposed construction works and to manage project team members’ inputs related to the Project Management and Quantity Surveying Service scope for successful completion of the project.
- Design Development and Management
- Assist co-ordination between different disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Engineering, MEP, Cost/QS Consultants, etc.) during pre-contract and post-contract periods on Clients’ behalf
- Manage and assist the consultants during the preparation of the Letter of Acceptance and Contract Documents
- Manage and assist in obtaining details (selected contractor, engineer, consultants) to formulate the signing of the contract
- Cost Management
- Obtain cost and cash flow estimates from Cost Consultants in line with the construction programme, review and assess cost information
- Review and advise on procurement strategies for the project
- Review periodic payment certificates issued by the Engineer
- Obtain monthly financial reports from the Cost Consultant and review/report
- Review and manage all extra works, variations and potential claims
